"Love Hokas. Hated this in-store return experience. I followed policy and still was treated like I was bothering this worker. I expected more. I offered a couple of openings for the employee to showcase some potential options as I received store credit but he honestly couldn't care less. I'll stick to online for Hokas. This shop is really hit or miss."

"The Bondi 8 is the shoe I predominantly wear during the week, if not I am in other less comfy brand sneakers or boots. I'm on my fourth pair in a row oh HOKA Bondi's and I haven't considered many other running brand shoes since my first HOKA Bondi pair a couple years back. I tried Brooks, On, Aesics, New Balance, Nike and other running shoes. I was shocked I didn't know about HOKA's quality, service and individuality sooner. Their sizing options, overall comfort, foot support/stability and product endurance make them in a top tier of their own. Also, their wider sizing provides more ranged options than competitors. The X-wide size has given me much more toe strength and toe dexterity that I'm so grateful for, my toes are like suspension now. In January 2024 they've been releasing more color options than ever before, and some were just released today. Hopefully the X-Wides get more color options soon also. I'm trying to train for and run my first marathon in the Bondi 8, since they're the most impact cushioning shoe of the HOKA line at the moment. I've shown the HOKA Bondi to many friends and family members and the ones that have gotten HOKA's haven't considered other brands since and have become brand loyal and are very happy that I showed them. My friend that worked at a shoe store for many years selling exclusive and rare shoes got them with her father who had knee surgeries and just the ease, comfort and support we're the only shoe he enjoyed wearing. For many years I never wore shoes in the house too, and when I got the Bondi 8s I would forget to take them off, since they were so comfortable. Thank you for everything HOKA!"

"Update: Thanks to amazing hires like Christopher and Giselle the store is a totally different experience. What a difference awesome people make. Its done a complete 180!! Old review... Store staff needs some work. A lot of people just hanging out with each other. They were at least having fun. Honestly I like it when staff ignores you, you can focus on the product and not have someone pushy selling you. The shoes were recommended by a runner friend who knows shoes. They had given up New Balance, Nike and Adidas for Hoka, I can see why, shoes are amazing. Goodbye Adidas!"

"Super nice help here. Shoes weren’t my style but very comfortable. I would recommend them to people with back or leg problems. But they are a little wide looking."

"This store had horrible reviews so I almost didn’t go, however I’m picky and had the best experience. Chris was the associate that helped me out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, helped me get whatever I wanted to try. My toddler was even trying on random shoes and everyone in there was super nice. My personal experience this store was great, clean, I’d definitely come back. Glad I gave it a shot regardless of the bad reviews. Love my new shoes!"
