Steve Madden 8500 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90048

"I purchased a pair of shoes from Citadel location and was not informed the shoes I purchased were on clearance. Moving forward I called the Citadel store and asked if I could return the shoe to any Steve Madden store and was told yes to ANY retail location and was informed by a manager at the Citadel location that I could do so. With that being said I bought the shoes into Steve Madden located inside the Beverly Center at 4:00pm on January 5, 2024 which has been about 1 week after I purchased the shoes. The shoes have not been worn, still is inside the box and I have the original receipt. I am informed by the sales lady by the name of Olivia at the Beverly location that I am not able to receive a refund for the brand new shoes I purchased that is accompanied with the original receipt. I did not get the other young ladies name who was also working at the Beverly Center location but she definitely had an attitude problem while I was dealing with the other saleswoman Olivia as she added a rude comment while I speaking. As I mentioned I found out after I purchased the shoes in Citadel that they were on clearance however the sales rep at the Citadel location did not inform me which is not my fault. I am not a Steve Madden saleswoman. I do not appreciate Steve Madden not honoring their return police that is clearly on the back of the receipt. Now I am forced to either drive over an hour back to the Citadel location or exchange the shoes for another pair. Very disappointed with the service and definitely not purchasing anything else from Steve Madden."

"I'm not sure really where the bad reviews come from but I guess it's just bunch of haters who do not appreciate others hard work or may be they were having a bad day. I suggest for these people to go to Steve Madden when they are in a good mood lol. I love this store because the workers including Evelyn the manager are beyond wonderful. They all want you to enjoy your experience choosing the right shoes for you. They were all helpful. The first time i visited this location I was not sure if I should give it a try but once I started picking he shoes, the workers came and asked me nicely and politely to help me. I love their strategy where you do not feel too pressure to buy. I was going to buy one pair of shoe and I ended up buying four. They did everything for me from A to Z. They ordered some of the shoes were not available in the store. Everything was delivered to me beside one pair of shoe. I contacted Evelyn the manager and I thought this will be a mess and they lost it since that was the last piece in size five and they dnt make that style anymore. Evelyn took care of it and apologized even it was not her fault since USPS messed up. She did a great job and I was impressed with her positive attitude and customer service. Thank you so much Evelyn and this store is my favorite right now as I have had so many compliments for each shoe I wear from your store. Thank you tons for keeping me satisfied and going out of your way to make sure my shoe is delivered to me. Keep it up as your efforts and hard work Is appreciated it."

Little things like that go a long way, and is one of the things the internet will just not be able to offer! I really appreciate the customer service here, and the associate who helped me find my new pair of dress flats was just wonderful. Five Stars!"
