"I walked in with a shoe box and the sales associate asked if I was doing a return or an exchange today and I responded with “I am going to look around to see if I like anything and if not, I’ll do a return.” He responded with “right now our system is down and isn’t doing returns.” As I approached the cashier, he inspected the shoe and the recipient and said oh you paid in cash? unfortunately, we can’t do the return because I don’t have any cash in the register. I told him I’ve never heard of such a thing before and he said sorry, if someone walks in and makes a purchase in the next hour I can do it, if not it can’t be done because my cashier will be short. This was completely unprofessional and terrible lying. I won’t be purchasing from Aldo anymore, I’d rather take my business else where. If you’re unsure if you like a shoe here or if you don’t try on in store before buying, I wouldn’t recommend you purchase. Only purchase if you know 100% that you will love the shoe."

"It is September 21 2023. It is 10:23 am. This stores is still closed. Supposed to be open at 10:00am. Very irresponsible whoever is charge of opening this store at its schedule time. Upper management should do something about it."

"This Aldo gets one star for the poor HVAC. Just like the Macy’s in the same mall, why is it hot as hell in there?? It’s mid to upper 90s outside and then to walk into this store (which feels like a summer Vegas, night) who wants to shop?! I saw several people walk in and turn right around and leave. Just awful"

"Horrible and awful service and terrible products, never coming back to this location. Please let me tell you what happened, I went to this location for new boots late on November and got a horrible experience, I posted this review on Yelp and also I'd like to post it here, I just wanted to tell my experience so you're AWARE as you should stay AWAY of this store. I went to get a very specific type of boots that I saw previously, which I didn't take as I was still undecided and wanted to keep looking. Anyway, there was this guy who couldn't help me find it, I came back after a little while to talk to the lady who knew the ones I was looking for as she was the one who previously attended me, I went to tell this guy ''I'm sorry but I was just here for these pair of boots, but thanks for your help before'', he started to have a bad attitude, he didn't even care what I was telling him, I came back later to change my boots into black and his attitude was getting worse, I'd to come back again to ask if please could give me another boots as I just noticed that the ones I'd got had wrinkles, he was so rude and said ''these were the last ones in black, as I'm sure you don't believe me please see the computer by yourself'' and I wasn't complaining and saying anything at all, then I asked him for another bag as the one I got was broken, he didn't even want to give me another one saying that they don't give bags for shoes, if that's true then why did you give me a bag on the first place, he refused to give me one claiming that I broke it, he was making such a big deal over nothing like baby, I couldn't take it anymore and told him out loud how rude he was and how horrible was the costumer service he was providing, horrible and unprofessional person. I don't know his name but he was tall with long wavy black hair and with a bun on the top of hiss hair. As I was leaving the store, somebody else told me whispering ''I don't like him either'', I found it ironic noticing that I wasn't the only one with the same opinion, but honestly it didn't surprised me, what a rude person. Never coming back to this store, if you like Aldo, I suggest you to go to another location, but if you feel going to this one, make sure you don't talk to this guy if he's still working there, what an atrocious behavior, he has to learn way more about how to behave as a person and have manners before he could even work anywhere. Now on the other hand, as for their products, there are just bad quality, I got these boots and in less than three weeks one of them is starting to break already, I'd uploaded a photo of it so you you can see what I'm talking about, I just pulled that part a few times to make the foot get in, I didn't pull hard and as you can see in less than three weeks this ''brand new shoe'' is starting to break. Bottom line, horrible costumer service and bad I mean bad quality products!,"
