"I ordered shoes in store because they didn’t have my size. The sales rep. Danielle had me write down my information and didn’t enter my information correctly, not only my address but didn’t spell ‘yahoo’ correctly so I didn’t receive emails. Never received the shoes! I have now spent 5 hours trying to get my money back and they have only refunded partial amount and are giving me the runaround. I asked for the product to be shipped to me again and was told they have to refund it first. I now have to file a dispute with my cc company. This establishment is a joke and fraudulent. Spend your money elsewhere!"

"The WORST customer service. Hung up with a woman who insisted on arguing with me over the insoles of a shoe I was trying to return. She escalated the conversation, kept cutting me off, then asked me why I was upset. Just the epitome of customer disservice. It's already disappointing to have to go through an entire return but to have an employee gaslight you about it is pretty ridiculous. There's other ALDOs."
