"Very dull, boring color. When I walked into this European style clothing shop, I felt that I was in a business meeting immediately. My first impression was black, gray and white. Those three very formal, business colors were every where and overwhelming! Plus, the lighting inside was dimmed , so I felt like that I was in a clothing shop only supplying for business days and working outfits. I used to go to Zara in South Coast Plaza and Santa Monica. They seemed to have more colorful choices and styles. This location is very different. How dull and boring it can be. Maybe we are used to live in colorful and cheerful southern California, so this scene doesn't fit."
"Not a good customer service store , zara at the Grove is better in terms of better customer service , also employees here are not helpful & rude"
"I thought I was going to a classy store for some affordable quality wardrobe pieces . I avoid stores with bad customer service because I am a Los Angeles fashion model and singer. Per usual in Los Angeles A latina woman was so rude to me. They usually have terrible attitude but this was the worst ! I was the only person in line. I politely asked “are you busy with another customer “ she ignored me and looked down with disgust on her face . I asked again “ Can I pay for my items” Once I asked to speak to the manager , she was also Latino descent . I am a darker skinned Afro Latin woman and the discrimination I feel from other Latinos is disgusting. This cashier refused to help me, was not groomed well and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a store that’s supposed to be affordable “luxury” I was SHOCKED to experience this disgusting treatment"
"The price tag was $25.90, but when they scanned it was $27.90. I went back to the store and asked about the wrong price. And, only 3 out of 4 had a price tag attached. They told me that it was because they put the price tag wrong, but they are not responsible for one that doesn't have a price tag. They said that they could only refund items that were paid incorrectly on the receipt. Later, the manager came and told me that it was my fault for not checking when I bought an item without a price tag, and then she just left. I really upset about that was the manager's rude action. I think she could have served customers a little better as a manager,,,,, I don't think her attitude was good. I was unhappy so, I just left. When you guys buy something from here, I advise you guys to check that there is price tag and that the price is scanned properly."
"I prefer this Zara over most mall Zara’s. Since it’s a less- frequented store, it’s always clean when I go in. The selection is vast and always stocked. Definitely a recommend this if you are looking for a stress free environment. I’ve never driven so I can’t comment on parking, but it’s a 5 minute walk from 7th st metro station."
