"Went earlier today to buy some boots. Upon arrival no one at the register. Finally see the worker. Tall dude. Didn't bother to help out with anything. I guess just wanted to have a chill day and not assist customers. Left after less than 5 minutes of being there. Went there based on the reviews here. That individual had terrible customer service. Edit: owner reached out and he was very apologetic about the whole situation. Will give a 2nd chance in the near future."

"Esau was helpful and made me feel comfortable. I’m not the typical work boot buying person and needed help narrowing down what would work. Esau helped me pro con a few of the ladies shoes and I settled on the boots pictured. even tried some of the guys boots to compare. The store is easy to miss and parking limited to the street. The store is clean and organized. The boots prices are in line with other stores like work boot warehouse, big 5, Dick’s and another store I can’t remember the name. Visited them all but like Workboots 4 U best. Spent around $100 with tax and the shoes don’t feel like I need to break them in. I’ll be back for the low top pumas my next visit."
