"I brought in a Louis Vuitton pouch with 2 broken zippers, the main zipper at top and a zipper on an external front pocket. I gave them the two original LV gold zipper pulls to place on the repaired zippers. They replaced the gold zippers with brown zippers and did not place the LV zipper pulls, which wouldn’t have matched the brown cheap looking zippers anyway. I had also dropped off a Chanel wallet with a missing zipper pull on the outside, I had bought a gold Chanel charm for them to place as the zipper pull. They gave it back to me with a gold rectangular zipper pull on it. Very, very disappointed. I paid $325 and did not get quality work or the work I asked for. Never again."

"I was blown away by how awesome these guys are! I came in for a zipper fix on a jacket and they were so kind, efficient, and crazy quick. Plus the jacket was as good as new afterward and exactly what I needed; the shop is also very lovely and easily accessible. I will bring my shoes for repair here and only here from now on (plus other knickknacks like the zipper hopefully), and HIGHLY recommend that you do the same!"

"My experience here was a mixed bag. I brought in a purse that needed strap loop reattached, a shoe that needed a buckle reattached, and a shoe that needed an (intact) sole reglued. They did the first 2 jobs well, no issues there. But my reglued sole came unglued within hours of me wearing it while I was at work, and then the glue came through the sole and ruined my socks. I contacted the shop, sent them pictures of the disrepair, and asked my a refund for just that part of the job plus the cost of my ruined socks. I would have been satisfied if they had just been willing to refund the shoe repair at least. But then they gaslit me and said that they had cautioned me that they couldn't guarantee the repair because of the condition of the sole. Which is ridiculous. I would have never paid $25 to repair on this shoe if I had been warned the sole was in terrible condition (as they conveniently claimed after the fact), and I would have just thrown the shoes away if the sole was cracked before bringing it to them in the first place. As with the other negative reviews, it seems this shop needs to start writing down prices, concerns, etc. before they agree to fix things."

"I gave in 2 pair of shoes for cleanup. The cleaning was highly unsatisfactory and I feel I was overcharged for the service. I was given an estimate of $10-15 per pair but was told that they would call me for the exact price before they start cleaning up. I was given a much higher price on phone $25 per pair. I decided to give a shot with only 1 pair. All the white areas of the shoe: the tongue, Adidas stripes, sides of soles are still dirty. Rest of the shoes is black and had some white spots, which they couldn't get rid of either. I don't know what they cleaned in that shoe! I could have done a better job cleaning it myself. 2 stars for returning on time."
