"So I just had a non necessary horrible customer service experience here. I'm not ever going here again to waste my time or money in any environment where I'm not treated within the boundaries of my expectations. I was barely able to get into the locked store at 5:10 pm where I was told by an obvious employee that the store was closed, but they were not, they close at 6p. When I mentioned that I had just called and asked before I came in about the closing time and that I'm surely correct according to the website. So I swallowed my obvious discomfort in the name of acquiring the work boots my feet sorely need, and I've been wanting some Jordans and that are in stock and greatly priced according to the website and I was told that shieks has no work boots. So, I guess I'm worthy to buy anything here huh? They were not open to anything to do with assistance and purchase. Horrible customer service experience"
