"So also shoes are good shoes and well worth the price. This review is about service which is basically non-existent. Can’t talk to a human at the toll free number, only a recording. And the chat system doesn’t work. No replies through the chat system. Basically, I placed an order a week ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ll keep my fingers crossed and hope they are at least efficient in delivering, although I’m losing confidence in them. They sure were efficient at collecting payment at the time order."

"Was given a pair of very nice looking $200 shoes as a gift (the giver didn't keep the receipt unfortunately) and they lasted less than 30 days. The glue separated from the sole, and the damage was getting worse every time I wore them. I tried asking if there was anything they could do without the receipt, to no avail. Never shopping there again unfortunately. Quality isn't worth the cost and although I understand a receipt is typically needed to offer a refund, I was hoping something could be done in what I really hope is an edge case circumstance."
