"yo, check the dude with gauges. I was inside and walked in and he said “Welcome in” and i waved. He asked how i was and i responded with a thumbs up. He said “thanks for talking to me”. Great asm or sales associate service. He’s the absolute worst asm i have ever experienced. I don’t care if he’s fed up with it but he needs to keep professionalism while on the clock. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in a zumiez. Serramonte had better customer service and tanforan. Everybody else is chill however, Oliver and the manager and the other asm. Just him that needs to be trained again. Please fix it. I’m not obligated to talk to anybody."
