"There are some great shoes, but the lady working on Monday made a few rude comments that unfortunately turned me off from buying a nice pair here. I've purchased a couple pairs in the past, sneakers and heels. The store commented but I'm not the customer they were working with. I was looking at nice shoes for work, not for hiking. I purchase all my hiking gear/boots at REI."

Also, they are very safe and create an environment that really makes you feel comfortable during Covid times. I also wrote a review on Yelp and am going to paste it here because I just love this store so much and want more people to know it's greatness!! Shaw Shoes is my ALL TIME favorite place to shop!!! The store is owned and operated by a father/daughter team who works so so hard to create the best customer experience possible. And talk about the most fashion forward boutique in SF... Shaw is it!! Almost everything comes directly from Italy and is so fashionable and unique that you'll never want to shop at a department store again! I get compliments on EVERYTHING I wear that is from Shaw. Every. Single. Time. I truly can't say enough good things about this store. It is my favorite in all of San Francisco!!!"

"If I could give Shaw Shoes more than 5 stars, I would! The shoes are beautiful, great quality, and unique. Many of their shoes are directly imported from Italy and you can't find shoes like this anywhere else in SF. I've gotten sandals, boots, booties, sneakers from Shaw and every time I wear them, I get compliments from strangers and everyone wants to know where I've gotten them. On top of that, the service is amazing and everyone who works there gives the best advice on how to care for the shoes. Every time I go, it feels like I'm getting a personalized luxury shopping experience!"
