"Beware if you order dumplings make sure you check they don't even add the dumplings. The owners of this particular franchise are super cheap and greedy. They are lying about a national sauce shortage. They are literally the only waba grill that is limiting sauce. Pinching pennies at the expense of the customers well they pay their employees pennies."

"Food is good, not great, but the atmosphere is really bad because of the horrible choice of music. Obviously they are playing it for themselves and not for the customers because no one would choose music like that for customers. It seems like the same bad song over and over, pounding drums and somebody yelling (not singing) off key. I just wanted to finish my food quickly and get out of there. Service was OK but they can't seem to bother to utter a single smile, and they made me feel like I was bothering them. The worst part was that they didn't know their own exterior sineage and they ended up charging me for something that was supposed to be free with an order of a bowl. I asked for the "healthy option on the go" that was painted outside on the glass by the front door, and they had no clue what I meant. Then I pointed out that per Google search result which I showed them, with the bowl I was supposed to get 5 free dumplings but I didn't, and they ended up charging me a small fee for them because they didn't know how the coupon worked. The place was pretty clean though the missing ceiling tile and some stained ceiling tiles didn't really look good. Too many things adding up to a bad enough experience that I won't be back there anymore. No wonder the place was pretty much empty."

"Checked out Waba Grill for the first time since the pandemic. Always thought the food was slightly above average, never disappointed at all really. So today I popped in (April 12, 2021). I noticed that they finally have indoor seating, limited to 20 guests at a time. The tables are spaced out a considerable distance. I decided on the sweet and spicy chicken bowl with veggies and white rice. Total after tax was $9.19. I guess that's fair, as the bowl is pretty decently sized. On to the food: The chicken was really good. A great combination of sweet and heat (4/10 on the spicy scale. Anyone who likes spicy stuff should find it satisfying, though it's not super hot, which is a good thing). The veggies are steamed or blanched - can't tell. Either way, they're crispy while still being cooked. I liked them a lot. All in all, come stop by if you're craving a decent rice bowl. Nice flavor, well put together, maybe a bit more expensive than it should be but not too bad! Recommended!"

"Nice place to enjoy food. Waba Grill is a place I go to frequently and often recommend to my friends. It's a sorta cozy place to enjoy your food without being interrupted. The service is great and they where able to hold my drink for me when I forgot it one time. The staff is reliable and calm. Though sometimes its cut short and can overwork the employees. That would be the reason to have 4 stars."
