"Food is always great!! We’ve gone here two valentine’s days in a row. I thought they would have added something from last year but it was the same. I don’t really recommend it if you want to have that valentine’s day vibe/ experience (It’s not that romantic) The only valentines decor they have is some roses on top of the side bar, nothing special. They can at least put some rose petals on the table or have a valentine’s day card with a photo. It’s the least you should do after up charging for valentines and making over 40,000 in sales on that one day. But it’s good if you’re that person that doesn’t like to make a big deal out of the day, nice and simple. This time the servers kept walking by us and not offering the meats. We had it on the green side, and even tried moving it from different spots on the table so they can see. My partner had a empty plate for a while. We tried calling them over but they walk around too fast. The Picanha never passed by us, we had to ask for it. Hopefully they improve for next valentines or we will have to find better options. Another main thing is It’s also awkward having to sit so close to other people! I wish there was more space between tables. If you’re looking for a calm romantic intimate dinner look elsewhere. Its very noisy and the employees look very frantic when running around. Also parking sucks"

"Just had dinner with family and friends here on Wednesday, food was fabulous as always! The meats were seasoned and cooked beautifully. Favorites are the picanha, whole filet mignon, beef ribs, tri-tip, lamb, chicken hearts, grilled shrimp, salad bar, and grilled pineapple. Don’t fill up on salad though or you’ll miss the main attraction which are the meats. If you do have a vegetarian in your party, their salad bar has a very nice variety of options. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our server offered us fresh plates as we finished each round. He refreshed our beverages without having to ask. If we wanted a particular grilled item, he relayed it to the gauchos and they would appear momentarily at our table. I noticed that he was truly keeping an eye on all his tables, not just ours, giving them that same level of attention."

"Private room experience：overall good but not perfect. Had to wait for long time for certain kind of meat to be served by the waiter, especially the good ones. Food was good, for both the meat and self service bar food. Dessert portion is huge, tasted okay."
