"Renovated Air France-KLM business lounge is among the best in class. It's good as Emirates business lounge, but without the crowd! It's pure class as you'd expect from the French! I'm flying Qantas QF74 to Sydney, and business class passengers get to use this modest sized lounge. It appears to be contracted to a Chinese company as its employees are all Chinese. Although not French, their service is impeccable. The food is excellent and the ambience perfect. Varied places to sit, and I came early to take some overview videos without any passengers present. I'm glad that I ended up here, by pure chance, as other hubs in the US offer Qantas lounges which are no where near as good. This is a blessing in disguise, as you just can't expect anything like this from Qantas, so this is great value for Qantas passengers! Although SFO and other US airports are really painful to get through security, coming early to experience this lounge is something I'll be doing again in the future if I go through SFO! I always take a shower at these lounges to get the full experience and the showers here are well equipped and well maintained, cleaned after each use. I was assigned to a unit with wheel chair access and a baby change table. I can't remember seeing this in Qantas lounge showers {as far as I can recall). OK, this goes in my top five favourite lounges. I highly recommend!"
"The Air France lounge in San Francisco is probably one of the best Airline lounges that I have been too and that including the famous Centurion lounges by American Express platform and centurion card. The choices of food and presentation are excellent. The food Arte all French like Croque Monsieur, beef bourguignon , French pea soup and choices of wines and Champagne and the dessert choices,, the fruits are of choice quality. I was here once before but did not impress me the last time. Best of all it is delightful that it is not crowded at all. I have a lot of time to enjoy this lounge before my flight."
"September 2023. This is a newly refurbished Air France lounge which welcomes AF and KLM passengers. The atmosphere and furniture are great, fresh, modern. Lots of seating but for AF and KLM flights it fills up quickly. Food selection is amazing and tasted yummy! Drinks, like Piper-Heidsieck champagne and cocktails at the bar are topnotch! Charging points even have USB C! I also liked the shower with amenities. Please disregard older reviews as the lounge has been updated since. Also, Priority Pass passangers might no longer have access to this lounge, but I was at Virgin Atlantic lounge on the 3rd floor and there I saw PP logo at check-in, so try them."
"Now the best lounge at SFO since the renovation. No longer allowing priority pass but if you fly AF/KLM business you get access. Design, food, ambience are all top notch."
