"Not many options in woodland late night. In and Out is tops but lines are upsurd when I get off work. This Carl's is usually empty and the employees are hospitable and kind. Seen a homeless man asking for a meal from the drive through and was given a burger. I had once been in those shoes and it's rare to find a blessing like that."

"Awful, absolutely awful. I had the Charbroiled Chicken Club. It was smothered with what seemed like a half an inch of mayo on both sides. The chicken, if you could call it that, had a very chewy, slimy texture. It made me so nauseous I couldn't finish it, even after using a dozen napkins to wipe the mayo off. What has happened to Carl's Jr.? The food used to be consistent; you knew what you were going to get. The chicken was marinated just right, it tasted like chicken with a hint of being charbroiled, and was very juicy. The price is outrageous, too. Almost $30 for 2 people. I could almost have gone to a sit down restaurant for this price. I will never order this again, in fact I may never go to a Carl's again. Very disappointing."

"As opposed to 4 weeks ago when the dining room was closed and the doors locked without explanation, the dining room was open. The young woman took my order efficiently and I got my order in a few minutes. As of 6/13/23 the restrooms are locked. This is an excellent policy to eliminate the freeloaders."
