"So we have been going to Starbucks for many years but the last couple of times that we have been there and grab some coffee that taste of the coffee has't been the right taste. We always ask for a white mocha and we get either mocha or something else. The cup is halfway down. T full of foam and for the price that we paid. It's not worth it to go and get any coffee anymore. Maybe you guys can start going a little bit slower to make the right cup of coffee."

"11/24 @ 0830 they have the lobby closed until 1030 & refused to accommodate through the drive through since my vehicle is to large to fit in the drive through. I don't understand the this policy & the employee offered no explanation. He bluntly expressed "can't & won't"."

"As you know if you follow me, I love Starbucks! David, the associate on duty today at this particular Starbucks, made this visit one of my best in weeks. He, and all who work there, are kind, efficient, and frenetic-- working at a fast pace while making customers feel welcome. That's a herculean task but one they do well."
