"I’ve been on the hunt for new running shoes for long distance runs and the sales associate, Adam, went above and beyond. He ensured I found the perfect pair tailored to my foot concerns and needs. The store is short-staffed, and he was the only one there, but as more customers filled in, he made sure to check in with me while I tried on the four brands he recommended. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and will buy more on my next trip to LA."

"Horrible customer service. Purchased shoes online that were too small. Tossed away the box it came in because I’ve never ordered shoes in my size that do not fit. When I emailed their customer service team, I was told that the shoes were not returnable because I do not have the box. They stated this was the return policy. I read their return policy before and after making my purchase and it does not state that anywhere. The shoes were brand new condition. Customer service rep said he would reach out to corporate or see what they can do with the shoes. They never responded back to me with an answer after I sent multiple follow up emails. I am now outside my 30 day return period. Guessing they did that on purpose. It doesn’t take more than 10 days to receive a response. Obviously such a terrible company that does not care at all about customer satisfaction. First and last time I’ll order shoes from here. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time ordering from here either."
