Il Corso - Palm Springs

"We were visiting Palm Springs when we found this great restaurant and ended up eating there several times. The food was great - we particularly liked the Zuppa Toscana and the Lasagna, while the pizza was also fantastic - and the service was excellent. We ended up eating at the bar several times as we neglected to make a reservation, and got to know Eddie - one of the friendliest bartenders you'll probably have the opportunity to meet. If you're in Palm Springs, do yourself a favor and stop in to the Il Corso. You'll be glad you did."

"This is the best Italian restaurant I've eaten at in a long, long time. Both the Palm Springs and Palm Desert locations offer delicious dishes and great atmospheres. The pasta dishes are all wonderful. The burrata, calamari and Caesar salad are highly recommended as appetizers. You will not go wrong."
