My wife and I had to drop half of what we took at the counter due to incorrect prices being changed at the counter and also being informed that some clothing was not on sale. Long line and wait times in and outside the store caused unsuspecting customers to overpay for what they got. One of the male cashiers with glasses was very rude when I brought this issue to his attention. Will report this store with the state!"
"If you are a frequent shopper at the normal Lululemons or online, you might be disappointed with the selection. They have all the styles and colors of leggings no one wants. The reason why I was very impressed was I bought a few items, and when I got home, I tried them all on and none of the items fit. I was so confused because I have probably 100 items from lulu all in the same size. When I saw the receipt said no returns I was so mad at myself. I called the store and AJ the manager was so nice and said if I came back he would offer me an exchange. AJ turned my experience around and because of that I will absolutely be back. Great job with management!"
