"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! This is the closest Steve Madden to me and every time I go I have to deal with the terrible customer service. The girls who work here always have the rudest attitude and make you feel every unwelcome. They have no manners at all!"
"When I walked in the lady behind the register wasn't busy and offered to help. I have big feet so they didn't have a lot of shoes in my size. I was asking the lady for multiple shoes at one time just in case they didn't have one. Long story short, I noticed that she wasn't actually looking for shoes for me at all as she was now trying to assist 3 other ppl and was now ringing them up even though there were other associates that could've helped. She literally discarded me as a customer all together and I'm assuming the other associates didn't help because they assumed she was helping me as she still had one of my shoes in her hand but in return Steve Madden lost a big sale. I was looking to purchase every shoe that they had in my size but I do not spend my dollar where it is not appreciated. It felt a bit like racial profiling and it really bothered me seeing that they actually had a pair of shoes in stock that I had been looking for since they came out but her blatant disrespect made me leave without spending a dime. Im glad I did because the Steve Madden brand should be ashamed at how their employees treat their Black customers because I was definitely the only Black person in the store."
"It is always fun to find new SM store and see the new designs. There aren't too many options for men, but if you are lucky you will find a pair you are going to like. I happens to come here on a day with 30% off, so I got the shoes I wanted for 30% cheaper than I was ready to pay. I also took pair of SM flip flops, they were on sale for 14.99. The woman who assisted me was very efficient, and did not gave any attitude although I tried 3 different shoes before making up my mind."
