"Clean, bright store with a good selection for men, women and children. Prices are discounted, but so much higher than before the pandemic :-(. I came for white sneakers and found a great style with laser cut flowers as a border. They didn't have my size, but I was able to try an almost identical style from the same brand (without the flowers). I tried on 3 sizes to find the one that felt best. Then I was able to order the style with the flowers in my size with home delivery. Shopping in store is so much better than online because I can find a she that fits, is comfortable and looks good on my foot. None of the guessing and naive assumptions that the shoes will look as good as the photos in the listing when I put it on."

"Customer service here is horrible. Twice on the same week on 8/14 I order 2 pairs of shoes early in the morning it said to pick up and they would notify me in an hour. I was never notified so I went to the store they one of the two pairs of shoes which I was okay with me, when they were going to give it to me they told my “sorry it timed out you are going to have to repurchase the shoes again.” I then asked if I can get store credit they said no “the money with be refunded to me in 7-10 business day but you can buy them again.” On 8/15 I bought one pair of shoes at the store giving them another chance once again I let and hour pass called and they told me they are going to look into it. I called again an hour after that and was told sorry your order timed out again. It seems that at this location they don’t even bother to look at online orders. I will not be placing anymore online pick up orders at this store."

"I ordered online to pick up in store and drove 40 minutes to the location as it was the only one near me and needed the shoes immediately. They didn’t actually have the shoes in stock and said they wouldn’t get to the shipment until next week because they didn’t have time. Awful customer service, both people were rude and unhelpful offering no alternatives. Do not waste your time or money here"

"This is the second time I go to this location the customer service is horrible ! The assistant manager was new and did not know how to look up my account in the system . The manager needs to fully train her employees before leaving them alone in the floor .. the manager and assistant manager did not even thank me for the purchase .. if you are working in retail you have to learn how to provide excellent customer service even when you are having a bad day at least fake smile and say thank you"

"Good deals on shoes. Got 2 pairs and saved over 68 bucks. Because I had previously signed up for their loyalty program I saved $20 on top of sale prices. Great name brand shoes at reasonable prices."
