"This is one of my favorite Shoe Palace’s I’ve bought other shoes here in the past and it was a smooth transaction. I might of waited a while because it was a hot release but it was the normal expectation. The location has lots of different shoes from different brands and the presentation is phenomenal. The arcade is a nice touch and customer service there has been very helpful. I’d definitely come back here again and get other drops in the future."

"oh gee, i think i'll go to skid row to buy shoes from some bloated corporate chain. left a valuable bag at register during purchase because employee distracted us to take photos. my bag was stolen or thrown out. regardless, shoe palace has no support, you can't call the store, they don't respond to emails. bloated useless dying chain store. avoid like the plague. highly flawed."
