"If your looking forward to a friendly server definitely not the place to go. My first time here and I didn’t even get greeted but the man behind got greeted. I had questions on the menu and my server seemed bothered, I was asking and was walking away from my table as I was asking. So I ordered and it wasn’t what she told me it was and what I wanted. Then I’m given a serving spoon not a eating spoon and she was bothered I asked for a fork or smaller spoon. Over the food I got was very good. Just not what i was expecting."

"Horrible service tonight I loved pho hut ! I’ve been going a few times a week for the same reason! Tonight was not the service I always get there were in a rush to close. One girl was taking my call and then another girl took over my call because she was trying to rush to get me off the phone. I asked for the 3 meat combo fried rice and she gave me something different I call back to let them know the mistake then the person on the phone tells me that she has to ask a manager she then tells the manager “ she wants to switch out the items “ I never wanted to switch anything I wanted the correct food I ordered instead of taking responsibility for doing my order incorrect and rushing she put in me . The manager then says I’ll have to charge for the other place she wanted because we have to make another one. Why would I get charged another plate if the business made the error . A business doesn’t run without its customers and with the service it isn’t going to go anywhere! They could have offered a discount on my next plate or even an apology for the mistake would have been fine but people don’t know how to take accountability and it truly shows will not be back !!!!!"

"Veggie pho was flavorful and delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked. Waiter was very friendly. Me and my husband recently moved up here and have been trying to find our new pho spot out here and this one may be it!"

"Used to be my Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant But the quality of food went down. My fried eggroll was burnt and my pork chops was under cook . It looks good on the picture but the middle is not what I wanted but I heat it up in the pan to make it well done."
