"This place is an absolute joke. How is it even still in business. First of all your return policy is a JOKE. Wore a pair of shoes for a DAY got blisters on them while walking around my neighborhood and you tell me I can’t return them because I wore them. You do realize any big corporation you have 30 days to return the shoes even if WORN. So now I have 200 dollar pair of shoes I can’t do anything with because your return policy is pathetic. Here I was trying to support small businesses but you Burton shoes proved me why big corporations are better. Hope you run out of business."

"They went out of way. But be careful, cause when they found out I wanted another shoe, they brought out discounted items. I suggest go there first. I found a comfortable shoe, but thought she had my size. I tried on, they seem big. Then other shoes seemed small. So she telling me, to get bigger one. One foot is different size then other. So, I go home and realize its 10 1/2 instead of 9 1/2 they kind of big. Good thing I got other shoes. I may have to wash them to shrink them now. I needed work shoes. Non slip."

"A couple weeks ago seemed friendly. Bought 3 pair of shoes. When I tried to return 1 pair today they refused saying that they were worn. I had only worn them in the house to see if they would work. Couldn’t have been worn. Anyway refused to take them back. Told them I would never be back....and I won’t!"

"Moderate selection of shoes for everyone. Went in looking for last minute dress shoes for our son for a wedding across the street and couldn't find any we liked. Saleswoman was a little aggressive but was nice enough when we ultimately passed. Great for little girls and adults but lacking for little boys."
