Nike Style - Emeryville

"I visited here yesterday ONLY because i placed an order online for a pair to be picked up. First of all, once you place the online order - it tells you that the pair would be ready for pick up in 2 hours which it wasn't. I had to give them a call to get the order fulfilled, upon my call the order was ready for pick up! When i went is, the store was quite small also had limited collection but some good shoes in! But the service was just very very poor, there was a girl at the counter who checked my ID and email for my order. When i got my order, i asked her if she can put up the laces on the shoe for me. She immediately said no, we don't do that here? If i am buying a pair of shoe from Nike, the least i could expect is the laces to be done in the shoes? or is that too much to ask for? Bad service, maybe she was having a bad day but definitely not coming back here!"

"This Nike store, surprisingly vast in size, has a disappointingly limited selection of items. Its big space seems underutilized, leaving customers expecting a wider range of products. This contrast between the store's size and its actual inventory is quite noticeable and it's a bummer."

"I went in to exchange a pair of shoes and the experience here was a million times better than my experience at their store in San Ramon. I was greeted with the friendly hello and how are you doing and never once did I feel like I wasn't wanted there. The staff overall was great I had a few conversations with a few of them. They all made me feel like I made the right decision by coming over here to exchange my shoes for another pair. Well I be coming back here most definitely. It makes a huge difference when someone takes the time just to say hello and acknowledge you as a human being. This staff made me feel welcome."
