Food, bar (including cool bartender who gave us quite an excellent show :) , friendly customer service, accommodating manager to help with my business needs, many seating areas including a terrace, quiet room, balcony w view of the interior of the airport & more. "Much nicer than the AmEx Centurion lounge and not as crowded. Pretty limited food offerings, at least during breakfast time, but what a great relaxing environment, both inside overlooking the concourse or outside on their patio overlooking flight operations."
"A large spacious lounge that offers plenty of food and drink, good alcohol and plenty of seating. I really enjoyed the shower and it's definitely nice if you have an evening flight and want to shower after a long day. However, I was definitely most pleased with the outdoor terrace, which looks great and you don't have to be locked inside."
"It's not as bad as some of the other reviews say it is, but definitely not up to the same standard as first class lounges anywhere else in the world. Yes, it's very spartan, the order on demand menu is very limited, and the food is cafeteria quality at best.. But if you want to, you can easily walk over to the business class side and get stuff from the buffet there. Think of it as just an private seating area of the business class lounge, for first class passengers only. The good thing about this lounge is it is quiet, there is never a crowd here, and looks like a decent selection of liquor... Main thing is can just enjoy some peace and quiet and get work done."
"Arrived around 7pm Monday night. Not busy at all, plenty of seating available and different types. Showers were clean and stocked, just need to pick up a buzzer and waited about 10min. The food was rather limited, lots of cold sandwiches and wraps. The noodle bar was amazing option but all the soups were bland and not flavourful. The highlight definitely has to be the outdoor patio. Variety of beers, wines, sparkling, soft drinks available. Wifi was average, nothing to write home about."
