"It's an OK store, pretty dated looking for being in a nice mall. The staff always seems to have a chip on their shoulder. I mean you guys work at the mall, in retail, and not at Bergdorf. They could probably double or triple their sales every month if the staff had customer service training and better attitude. They start chasing you out of the store 10 mins before closing, which makes me want to just drop everything I'm holding and leave."
"Great product, however short staffed. There were only 2 cashier's to attend a lot of people. I noticed customer leaving because the wait was long, I almost did too. I purchased 2 beautiful coats for my nieces which they loved. I felt really bad for over worked employees."
