"This review doesn’t have to do with the quality of the outfits, but the overall experience. The outfits are cute, but they should tell you that the items are final sale with no exchanges. We didn’t want a refund, we just needed a bigger size. We got an outfit for a baptism of only 6-8 people, but the grandpa and godfather got COVID so we have to reschedule out a few months. We needed an exchange because by that time the outfit won’t fit the baby. The lady said that due to the circumstances (even though the COVID recipients have not come into contact with the baby because they don’t live nearby and the outfit hasn’t been pulled out of the bag or packaging since we took it home last week) they don’t do exchanges. Had we known that we would have gone with someone else. It is frustrating that they don’t do exchanges, but they let us try on multiple different outfits on before we decided on one. They should have disclosed this information before we went through with the sale."
