"I wanted to buy my son jeans today but passed because their fitting rooms were closed. I was disappointed/upset to hear that. I asked the employee why they were closed. She told me because they were dirty, someone had peed in one over the weekend and they were going to send out someone to clean them. It is now Tuesday evening. I'm not sure what the hold up is or why one of them can't clean it up. Honestly, last time I was there, probably close to a year ago I remember them being rather gross. They are definitely losing business having them closed. Hopefully it will get a deep cleaning soon!"

"I love shopping for my son but tbh a lot of times the employees have the worst damn attitudes. Can’t even call and ask for an update on an order that said would be available TODAY for pick up, when I called some girl shonell/shawnell however you spell her name answered so rude and seemed annoyed that she had to look up my order when I gave her the order number loud and clear she somehow still manages to mess up the last numbers and tries to ask me repeatedly like if I didn’t give her the information clearly. If you don’t like your job then leave no mother needs this attitude from workers specially this time of year as a single mother I look forward to my sons presents not the attitudes"

"I went in tonight to buy my kids some clothes and after we went to grab a quick bite at the food court. When we least expected it, it was little after 9PM. As my kids and I were trying to exit through the children’s place because that’s where my car was parked, their was a lady with her kids waiting on someone to open the doors so she can walk through the store to exit. I asked the employee if we can walk through the store as well since we were parked right outside the store. A lady by the name Destiny said we couldn’t and that there was an emergency exit up ahead. I felt really discriminated and what she did was unfair. Destiny allowed this other lady with her kids to walk straight through the store and exit but not us. I understand if I wasn’t a customer but about 45 minutes prior I had made a purchase at your store for over $80.00. Worst customer experience ever and what made it worse is the fact that my kids seen the other family walk through and not us. Really considering on going in and getting a refund."

"Dear mr owner, Its christmas time. All your registers should be open!!!! Standing in line to pay for more then 1hr is not cool!!! People have to continue shopping. 2 registers open is not good during christmas! Your employees should get a raise for you putting them through this!!!!"

"I gave it 4 stars because of a worker. VICTORIA. she was a big help. She was nice and helpful. She made a bad experience good. I would give this place 2 stars cause of how unorganized it was.. but it was late and I know so many people had been there for their deals and coupons. The lines were long. And a lady cut in front of me.. but all in all I liked Victoria."
