"I ordered a dress on May 31, when my flower girl tried it on, everything fit just fine except for the collar, it looked like a scarf around her neck. I reached out to them via the "contact" link on their website on June 7, also, on June 7th I called three times and on the third time I finally got someone to discuss the issue. When I asked about returning it they told me I had to reach them via email. I got with the flower girls mother and she sent me the email address that day. I emailed them. I still haven't heard a word, I know it's only been two days but they have a very strict return policy and now I can't return the dress. So I'm stuck with a $50 flower girl dress that I'm going to have to figure out how to alter. Edit On July 18 I received a phone call from Peter and said that they were still having issues with their e-mail. I explained the case to him and he offered to refund my money for an updated review. While I think he was kind to do that for me, I feel the only reason I got the refund was because of this review. I'm not one to go around to give bad reviews unless I feel necessary. But I would hate for a bride that doesn't have the time on her hands like I do to get stuck in a situation that I was almost stuck in. For them to refund the dress, I will go from one star to two stars, but I will not give a "better review"."

"I ordered a flower girls dress on June 25th and it's July 6th and still nothing. They called me once regarding my order but missed their call. I listened to their message but it wasn't very informative so I called back several. I left 2 messages and the rest of my calls just ring and ring and no one ever picks up. The wedding is getting near and I'm afraid my daughter will not be able to participate as a flower girl anymore due to this problem. At this point I just want to know whether I'm going to get the dress or if I'm getting my money refunded."
