"Horrible customer service. 5-6 associates working in the store which had maybe 2 customers in it just browsing. Was just trying to pick up an online order, what’s the point of having a designated “online pick up” spot for customers to wait by if nobody is even going to acknowledge them while they’re waiting there? There was one associate checking out a guest so I assumed maybe this is the only girl who can do online pick up orders? So I was just going to wait until she was done with the other guest...she finishes checking out that customer and then just blows right past me. Finally just went up to a worker who was refolding some pants and asked if I could be helped...was super awkward. Workers seemed annoyed I was asking for help. Uncomfortable experience, I will never be going to this location again."

"The prices are very good, product is perfect. But I have question if the customer service is bad you are not satisfied , rigth ? Well unfortunately that happens to me . I had a bad experience yesterday in the afternoon . I made a purchase of $62.43 that's a perfect price rigth ? But the manager or person in charge yesterday made me feel like I was not welcome there . First I was in the underwear section trying to understand what were the prices. She asked if everything was ok . I asked her what were the prices so she nicely explained me with a funny tone of voice like you dont understand or something like that, and then she offered me a car to put some staff and I said ok , she was looking at me all the time and I felt weird. I was with my parents , so I was making a line so she said that's not the line , you have to go the other way and she closed the gate they have to make the line in front of me , so I have to move when was just one person waiting in the line . Then I made the line and my mom was just taking a look of some staff close to the cashier so she told me if you are not ready dont make the line and I was like ok but I am ready. Thanks God the cashier was really nice , she was nice but the person in charge who I assumed is the boss she make me feel like she discriminated me for the way I Look I think. At the end I bought the products just becouse I spend time looking in internet for best outlets in LA and that one appears but it is not . Then drive one hour and then find something good but not good service . Also my parents feel so bad they came to visit me from my country and they said that's terrible that person made us feel not welcome here . I dont know if somebody from Cater's take the time to read the review but It is very important to know how to treat people . Everybody is equal no matter the way they look . For my part I never gonna come back there again neither my parents and I ll share my expirience with my friends ."

"This store offers nice clothes for little ones. The styles and fabrics are really good for kids. The prices are really good also. However this didnt have anyone who greeted customers and even offered to assists us. There were associates on the floor but didnt bother ask and or greet customers. The cashiers didnt even ask if we found everthing alright... nothing at all. Disappointed with the service."
