Whenever a friend has a problem with their bike I always tell them just take it to varsity and they will either fix it right there for free in about 30 seconds or there is something really wrong with your bike and they will fix it for a cheap price. They are always super helpful with any questions you might have about your bike. You will never get ripped off. They know how to run a business. Thanks!"

"Dropped off a disc brake bike for brake adjustment. The work took twice as long as expected and when I was contacted to pick the bike up, I found out they had forgotten to do the front brake. The day after picking the bike up I was contacted because they "found" some parts on their workbench. They had returned the bike to me without the cotter pin that attaches the brake pads. The brake adjustment was poorly done and some fasteners were loose. Sloppy work that took double the promised time and required two trips back to the shop because they didn't put all the parts back on the bike. Spend a few extra dollars and go to Bicycle Bob's."

"I bought two bikes from Varsity right before undergrads showed up. They helped me get a good bike: not too fancy, but the price was right. The BEST thing was that they asked me to bring the bikes back a month after purchase for a check-up. They tuned the bikes up AND installed some racks that I was having trouble figuring out myself--all for no charge. They're low-key but super nice people and I really appreciate their help!"
