"We placed an order with them asking for a 34-inch stencil. Instead, we received a 32.5-inch stencil. We paid for a 34 X 34-inch piece of vinyl, and that's not what we received. Unfortunately, the error wasn't discovered until after we laid the stencil down on the surface, we needed the stencil on. It was also asked that they not weed the stencil in which they said that they wouldn't, but they weeded it anyway. Upon discovering these errors, they were contacted immediately. We were told by one of their associates that they would not remake the stencil for us even though they didn't make what we paid for and even though it was their error. They also stated they would not refund our money either. We sent pictures showing them that the stencil wasn't even the correct measurements, and still, they would not refund our money. Instead, they questioned us as to why we laid the stencil down if it wasn't the correct size. Blaming us, not understanding that when we laid the stencil down, we thought we had received what we paid for. Then they wanted us to bring the stencil back, which would have been impossible to remove without tearing it apart. So, they would have basically received a pile of torn vinyl and paper. We sent them pictures showing the incorrect measurements and seeing the evidence that the measurements were wrong and even admitting they messed up, instead of doing the right thing and just refunding us the customer for their mistake the wanted us to jump through hoops and waste more of our time and money before refunding us for not giving us what we paid for. Very poor customer service and business practices to blame customers for your mistake. Then, expect the customer to do a bunch of tasks. They tried to compare it to Amazon in that if you get the wrong item, Amazon requires you to send said item back. Which is false because a majority of the time, Amazon will refund you and not require you to waste your time on their mistake and return anything back. Now I will state that they offered to remake the stencil, but after originally shutting us down and being told that they would not remake the stencil and that they wouldn't refund our money even though both parties were in agreement that they did not give us what we paid for and they admitting they messed up. I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Considering they have basically stole my money. They messed up, and instead of taking care of the customer, they took us on hours of back and forth phone calls. Questions and blaming us for their mistake. And request to waste our time on their error. That is why I am writing this review to save anyone else from having this experience."
