"Really great place on Newport in OB. The beer was cold and Stone local. The place has a great vibe. Staff is friendly and professional and the bar is clean and safe. They have the ability to sit at a table and look out over the best part of Ocean Beach. There is a happening farmers market on Wednesday. Didn't have the food but what i saw of it looked good."

"While I can greatly appreciate the Irish pub atmosphere and super friendly bar staff, the fish n chips were pretty bad. the breading was completely separated from the fish, like it was inside a sock. Coleslaw was clearly from a plastic jar. I know bar’s shouldn’t be expected to have premium cuisine, fish n chips is a classic bar staple. i’ll return for drinks but not food. could’ve been an off day for the kitchen but i’d rather not try again"
