Reviews of The Huddle
"I tried coming here with some friends the other day. I was able to get in just fine, the bouncer barely looked at my ID, nor did he attempt to scan it. When my friend showed his military ID, he was denied entrance because the bouncer would not accept it as a proper form of identification. California State accepts it as proper. My friend showed his expired license (he just got back from deployment and hasn't been able to renew it), which matched his military ID, to prove his identification and age, however, the bouncer became defensive and asked us to leave because he could not "scan" the military ID. Of course he couldn't, military IDs can only be scanned by military devices. This is the only bar that has given us trouble regarding a military ID."
"I hate to leave a bad review. I went to this bar hoping to have a good time with friends. They denied my military ID, saying that due to their lack of ability, they couldn't prove it. I would've understood, but I showed them an expired license showing my age. I asked to speak to the manager, and the bouncer claimed to be the acting manager. Which honestly didn't make sense to me. They would've known if they actually were. I've been in this bar multiple times. It's sad they treat their military service members like this, and sadly, this isn't the first time I've had this experience. I wouldn't recommend any veteran or active service members to come here. No, seriously, find somewhere else."
"No food. Good drinks. Lots of TVs for games."
"No food. BYOF.... great hole in the wall. Caters primarily to locals. Most seen to know each other. Very dark, but tons of screens for sports. Great sound system. And 6 or 8 pool tables to play while watching the game. Will def return if in the area"
"Tried this place for the first time last week. Fantastic selection of beers, IPAs and cocktails. A ton of TV's, pool tables, dart boards and a kicking jukebox. I'll be back"
