"The people working in this store have a huge attitude. It was my first time trying to sell items and wasn’t aware of all the rules. Most of my items are barely worn or new but as I stored them in a bag some were crumpled. It was ok that they did not accept most of them but it was the way they said it that was rude as though you were trying to sell trash to them. The worst part was while they are so picky and snotty about buying your items, the items they sold weren’t even great. when I asked if I could try the toy (to make sure they are working and ok) their reply was very icy and snobbish “we test everything we have (how dare you even ask this)”. We got a unicorn rocker from them and when we went home to clean it, a dried up piece of cockroach fell out from the toy. It was absolutely disgusting and horrifying. Overall bad experience. Can’t speak for other stores but this one sucks."

"Cute place and love once upon a child, did have a couple issue with the owner I think he is very picky and plays favorites when it comes to customers and is very judgmental. There were a couple issue with him I had regarding his terms that were no where to be found anywhere in his agreement showing his terms and conditions so basically he kinda just made it up when I I approached him about it instead of talking it out and being flexible and understanding he’s just kind of a rude person to be working there."
