"Charlotte Russe is one of those places that will occasionally have great sales-and when they do, and you search really hard, you may actually score some great pieces! I usually shop at Charlotte Russe when I have events coming up that I need to dress up for. I usually do end up finding things for great prices such as BOGO heels and I've even got pretty dresses for less than $20 before! And I usually get lots of compliments when I wear them! Occasionally, I order stuff from their online website but they don't always fit the way I would like. Luckily, returning them in-store is easy peezy and I love that."
