"Website says they open at 10am. Signs on door says they open at 10am. Drove down for SF to buy some clothes on a Friday morning. Got there at 10.45am. Store is dark, doors are locked. Definitely not open at 10am. Wasted 2hrs round trip."

"This is the place to go if you are big and or tall. The staff was super friendly and helpful, even helped me find some clothing and gave me advice on what colors match. I felt like a million bucks during this visit. Though was a little disappointed in nothing Pride related being stocked since it is June. Asked about it and was told they do not normally get anything for pride colors. not bad enough to drop a star, just wish they would have some more colorful clothing."
"Arrived at 6:30, 30 minutes before closing. Employee was definitely busy trying to get ready to close, but still polite and helpful when I asked. Left me to do my own thing otherwise, which is fine by me. Not much left in 5X for summer shirts in mid June, which kinda sucks. But still found a couple of good ones."
