Then I had to follow up to actually receive the refund and they didn't even have the courtesy to refund any of the shipping. Now I paid $15 shipping for something that would have cost $3 to mail."

"Our family loves Mudpie! They have so many one-of-a-kind antique and new items perfect for gifts, your baby/child, or to treat yourself. Every time we enter the store, staff are friendly and helpful but never pushy. The store feels very personal, welcoming and special. Some of the prices can be steep but generally match the quality, and typically for bands like Le Petit Bateau, that are expensive no matter where you find them. I may not personally want to buy the super pricy toddler coat, but certainly wouldn’t complain about it. A gem of a store in the middle of the Fillmore district!"

Everyone working here is rude and make you feel like you don't belong. I left feeling attacked by their staff. I will never go back. Head to Dottie Dolittle if you need high-end children's clothing and toys."
