"starting off by saying food was amazing. However the overall experience was terrible. First off our original waitress (named fabi) was terrible. She was rude, had an attitude, and gave very rude and nasty looks to us. Although we were able to get another waitress after fabi left and she was amazing, sadly we never got her name but she was fantastic. But even after the terrible waitress we first had, we also had a over 1 hour and 20-30 minute wait which may be understandable if the people who came after us weren’t getting served which had the same amount of people. Also this may not have been intentional but our order was messed up including things we didn’t order which caused our wait time to be longer to get all the stuff we ordered. To end this off we usually have amazing times at Buffalo just this was the worst experience we have had here but want to thank the amazing waitress for her understanding of our situation."

"Went for lunch around 1pm 11/01/2023 it was empty. We did not receive our food till 45 mins late waiter was not persistent if our order was correct when I tried asking for our to go box the waiter was no where to be seen. Tried paying my tab as well and had to walk to the front to have someone help me out. Will not be going there again and will not recommend this location at all."

"We got pretty much what we expected from Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was hot and fresh. The service was somewhat slow for how few people there were but no big deal. Overall a decent experience this time."

"Maybe someone from management can tell me why an order of 15 boneless wings they would be dumb enough to put BONE IN wings as part of my order!! Everytime I visit this place which is an hour drive, it seems like the employees hate their lives and don't want to be there. First the girl working the to go or pick up area tells me my order isn't ready, about 10 minutes after sitting there she looks in the thing and my order had been there the entire time. She tried to rush me and forgot to give me my drink also. This location seems to be going downhill in recent time. Go to the other location for better service. Maybe it was because they saw no tip on the online order, I specifically do this and leave cash tips..kind of wish I hadn't tipped now since they they didn't deserve it."
