"Never get in a hurry , it takes at least 15 min per customer, at drive thru to get your meds"

"I have a disease that requires me to take medication to stay alive. I have gone without my medication for over a week already, called in a week before I was out of medication, still not ready. They keep saying "I am not sure what is going on, it is in stock, I will hand order it". Never comes. Then, after one week of saying that they come up with "it requires preauthorization from your doctor". I called my doctor's office and they faxed the approval. One week later, still nothing. I gave up and placed the order on Express Scripts on Friday, they too said it requires prior authorization. They were able to do it and, on Monday, I received word that my medication is being shipped. Still nothing from Walgreens. These people could care less if you live or die."

"Most inefficient place I have been to in a long time!! They advertise vaccines but in order to get them the pharmacist stops all work on prescriptions. I have been here for 1 hr after being told that it would be an hour. I left for an hour and came back. If they are going to do vaccinations they need to staff appropriately!!!"

"Walgreens, tends to be Walgreens, no matter where you are. So that being said, what makes the experience? The people! She i have to say, this Walgreens has that covered. Friendly, funny, busy! So keep that in mind, but still the Walgreens I wish that all other Walgreens patterned their store after. Customer service is still the most important aspect of any business or company. Well, this one, has it down."

"I would rate them a zero, if that was an option!! The worst pharmacy on planet earth!! Every time I refill my prescriptions, it’s a nightmare! The automated voice tells me my prescriptions will be filled by such and such time, but the pharmacy never has it ready when I arrive.I have had to wait days for Walgreens to refill prescriptions vital to my continued existence. Moreover, the staff are extremely rude! I have contacted Walgreens corporate office multiple times to voice a complaint as I feel Walgreens Pharmacy is placing my health at risk!"
