"It is 6:09 p.m. on 7/29/23. I just had, well I should say my husband had the worst customer service of our lives! I was the only person in line with my two daughters and my husband was at the jewlery counter. He asked Kayla if he could see a necklace and she said she's helping a customer. Then said next in line, although I was the only one. My husband then said that's my wife, may I see the necklace please. I nodded my head in approval. Kayla then turned around walked two steps behind her,flung the case open, swiped the necklace so fast it flew out of her hands to the floor. My husband said he would take it. She rolled her eyes and was breathing as if she was so aggravated. I then spoke up and asked please don't treat my husband that way. Just because you're having a bad day doesn't give you the right to do that to ppl. She huffed and puffed and tried to argue back with me. I did not respondI paid for my stuff and left. Although it won't make a difference I still will not be returning to this location, very disappointed and how embarrassing for the company. Kayla if you're reading this, you should find a job in a cubical somewhere far away from customers."
"It was ok very crowded but it is Christmas season but restrooms were closed for 2 hours. But it was very clean and the lines we're moving fast."
