Buffalo Wild Wings 2796 Naglee Road, Tracy, CA 95304

"Went in on Saturday with the family to get some lunch we normally always go here and have never had a bad experience up until now. I'm very upset with what happened and it seemed like no one cared. When we first walked in the ladies restroom was wide open with the doors stop down. They had a wet floor sign but didn't look clean or like even mopped. Mind you only a couple steps away there's there's tables and chairs that are really close and have a perfect view of the bathroom and anyone in it. We sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for anyone to even notice us when the waiter did she said would be with us soon and took another 5 minutes. There was only 5 other people dining in so I don't see why it was talking so long. She took our food order and placed it while we waited my girls used the bathroom a couple times and wouldn't you know it... it's open again. They used it and we watched as soon as they got out and walked away an employee went back and opened it. We kept an eye over there and he did this multiple times bur never to the men's bathroom. The food was okay but after everything that kept happening we just wanted to hurry and leave. We went to the front to talk to someone about it or ask for the manager and no one ever came out. I will never try this place again!"

"The worst service I have ever experienced. After 10 minutes we had to flag down the manager for a menu. After the food was delivered, we asked for ranch and ketchup which never came. The server came to check on us or ask if we wanted another drink. We actually had to ask other employees to get the items we requested including our check. The place wasn't even busy. As I write this, there are only 4 people in the restaurant."

"I do not recommend this place, consistent at taking to long and getting orders wrong. I haven't been here for a while but decided to try again for my birthday and ordered online. But when I ordered my time kept getting pushed on app for my pick up and when I got to restaurant not even busy. When I got my wings they were supposed to be salt and vinegar and they put next to nothing of seasoning, tasted like plain wings. On top of that they where very tiny wings. Seems to be a trend here in Tracy with restaurants just being managed poorly."

"I don’t usually write reviews but… To say I’m disgusted would actually be an understatement. I ordered wings and, not only was there pretty much zero sauce on them, one of the wings still had FEATHERS. I threw everything out. I also ordered carrots & celery and they gave me fries instead. I will never be eating or ordering from here again."

"This location is in need of hiring better wait staff and possibly management. There was only one cook for the entire restraunt during lunch. The one waitress was in need of assistance. The restrooms were dirty and appeared to have been that way for a long time. The food was the only good part of our experience."
