"I purchased a cup of coffee, and upon receiving the cup, it wasn't hot at all, which concerned me instantly. I asked for a refund immediately. The young man working the window gave me a crumbled up receipt to add insult to injury. I've had too many bad experiences at this location. This will be the last time. Word of advice: If you're going to sell coffee, please make sure not to serve lukewarm coffee."
"Food is your average starbucks quality. This store got Drive-thru. However line is long and slow entrance for DT is not will mark. Parking lot got lots car due to neighboring business. Also hard to get in and out."
"Bugs found in Tracy Starbucks. It visible and staff didn't do any thing. Attaching recording and photo. Very sad to see food for kids carrying germs and bugs and that too in flu season and after all the covid issue. Scared about Starbucks snacks now. Hope you will take care to clean it."
