"I have ordered delivery twice now and both times they have been entirely out of both gluten free macaroni and even just broccoli. My delivery has been cancelled and I have had to order elsewhere. Months apart, not during tourism peaks, and still. I can't depend on them to provide what's on the menu. I have no idea if they're even good, because they have failed to serve what they have on the menu every time I have tried."

"This is a quick way to get food we ordered a chicken cheese flatbread and a bowl. The food was ready in a few minutes and was hot and delicious. Loved the excellent service."

"Super nice guy working here when I visited. Food was very fresh and hot. My sandwich was very good, I had The Best of Both Worlds. Filling was very creamy and rich with a lot of short rib pieces. Bread was nicely toasted. My husband's Mac and cheese bowl, though, was just awful. It was like soup, you could literally pour the sauce like water. Very little flavor. And it was supposed to have short rib but we could not find any. Very disappointed. So, a mixed bag."

"I was super excited about this place opening as a Big Mac and cheese lover. However, I felt the sandwiches were more flavorful than the Mac and cheese. The max and cheese was still good, but missing the extra kick. A great place to sit and eat really quick after having some drinks in the area. The Arena (gay district) is right around the corner. Food is a little on the pricey side for the portion size."

"Fresh, fun and good food! I tried the vegan cheese sauce on my bowl, and I have to say it was delish! My husband tried the lobster bowl and it was a good one. Lots of toppings to add to your bowl. Awe all it's a great place for Mac and cheese. So why 4 stars? The music is so loud so it's hard to make an order, or even hold a conversation. Place is clean and service is excellent! We as served by Nina, and she's a sunshine. (They also promote to give a five star to the restaurant and that will give a $5 dollar tip to the staff member mentioned. But you guys who follow my reviews know I'm very honest about my ratings, and I don't support that kind of system. Better to tip upfront for good service) But I can really recommend you to ho her, it's a great restaurant."
