"Had a great time the bar is predominantly locals, but everyone is friendly. You can order food from surrounding areas. All the patreons had dog treats and were welcoming. The bar is decorated in old cool signs of you're in the area it is worth stopping. CASH ONLY"

"Old locals bar that is friendly welcoming visitors. I was searching for a dive bar and came across Joe's. It has all the character of a dive bar, but is very clean. Big selection of beverages, wines, beers, snack foods pool tables dart boards, and local dogs. I will be back for more fun."
