"What a great hole in the wall local spot. We posted up at the bar for what we thought would be a couple of beers but had such a great time chatting with fellow patrons and the bartender (Joey) that we stayed to closing. Ordered some pizza for dinner (off-site, they don’t serve food) and watched the hockey game on tv. If you want some good beer and conversation, this is your spot away from the touristy pier 39."
"Really nice neighborhood bar off the beaten path. Came in during a Washington football Team game, awesome atmosphere! Cool little New England/San Francisco sports bar. Cheap, tasty beer with helpful and nice staff. Love the pinball and darts as well! Will definitely come back when in town next."
