"I stopped by for one of their weekend BBQ events. The food is fantastic, the setting in the huge redwoods is amazing and the building makes you feel like it's a hundred years ago. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Oh, and they had a high quality band playing outside on the deck. I'll be going back for sure!"

"Waited here for our friends to join us for camping trip in Portola. Got a couple of beers, chatted with the local crowd, and had a merry time sitting in the redwoods shade. They had a live band on Sat at 4-20 pm which we couldn't wait for, and Sun at 2 pm.. But a guitarist played some tunes which made our day. They're pet friendly and our doggo loved hanging with us on the patio. Not pricey & rustic ambience with friendly staff."
