"First time trying Poke2 Grill and it was great! Both the people who were working were nice and patient as I figured out what I wanted, made suggestions, and were kind. The bowl was delicious and even the small was super filling as a meal!"
"This was my first time here, there was a couple people ahead of me, no biggie, I can wait. However, when an online order comes in after I am in line still waiting for assistance, I would appreciate some acknowledgement. Why would you work on the pickup order prior to your customers in front of you? Then to just stare at me until I read the note on the window on how to order. Customer service goes a long way, a friendly hello, guide us through the order process, a thank you and enjoy your meal. Yes the poké was fresh, but I 've had better. Would I come back? Probably not, I will try a different establishment in the area."
"GREAT POKE. It has been a while since I had Poke this fresh and flavorful. They have a lot of variety and I really enjoyed seeing the employee debone the fish, it definitely assured me that it wasn't coming from a frozen package. I got the Medium bowel, it was large enough to last me for two meals."
"They've got the advantage of being in the Hanger which is a pretty nice place to spend some time in, but I wasn't blown away. Servers were very nice, but they were soft spoken (hard to hear) and not outgoingly helpful. The family ordering next to me had to really pry answers out of them to understand how and what to order (it was their first time, as it was mine). Food was okay. The poke bowl itself was good, but you could tell the healthy ingredients were doused in so much junk it was no longer healthy. The crab for instance was seeping with mayo (or some sort of dressing). If that's your thing then it won't be an issue. I also tried the cilantro sweet fries... These were actually very bad. Whatever frying method used actually sapped the flavor from the naturally sweet sweet potato. I got the cilantro sauce on the side since I'm not a cilantro person... The sauce wasn't bad, but again, we're just dousing fries with mayo to make up for the lost flavor. Tip: just air-dry those bad boys with a little salt and garlic. Healthier and more flavorful!"
"This Hawaiian Bowl was really good. Got the salmon cooked and it went well with everything else in the bowl."
