"Top notch, old fashioned customer service. My new dryer stopped working and a repair person arrived to fix it within an hour! (Yes, you read that right. One hour.) The repair guy was very competent and helpful. I scored a very nice dryer and fridge from AHA. The prices were great, but what really blew me away was the ability to deal with people who remember me, who answer their phone without a robot phone tree, and who get issues fixed immediately! (A few years ago, I paid full price for a range from **a different major retailer**. When that needed manufacturer warranty service, it took me a half hour on the phone to schedule an appointment for 3 weeks later! Nah, dog.) I will be sending everyone I know to AHA for appliances. The store manager, Alx, is hilarious and a very easy person to work with. Edited to add: Bring a flashlight with you when you shop so you can examine items thoroughly. It is a "dent n scratch" seller. The items tend to be in very good to excellent condition, but you want to be sure about what you're getting. They offer their own one year warranty on everything they sell."

"We first bought a washer from AHA about 3 years ago and we were impressed. We bought an used LG washer but it had been tested by their in-house technician. They have store warranty for the appliances, so we trusted them. Plus the price was very good and the delivery & installation was on time. The washer still works until this day. So, when we needed a dishwasher, we went back to AHA earlier this year. Unfortunately, the selection wasn't as many. But we still got a brand new Whirlpool one from them. The price was cheaper than the retails and other discount stores/warehouse (we visited several stores prior). Again the delivery, installation & customer service was excellent! We called back the day after because the dishwasher was missing a toe kick cover. Alex was very responsive and ordered a new one for us for free. Fast forward to couple months ago, we just moved to a new house and did kitchen renovation. We again went back to AHA to buy almost the entire home appliances with them. We bought fridge, induction cooktop, hood, double wall ovens, LG washer & dryer and even a sofa set and a bathroom vanity. Matt helped us arrange the delivery as we live a bit further away from their delivery area but they could accomodate it. All the appliances work beautifully in our new kitchen. We couldn't believe that we got such a good price for our big purchase! It does save us some $$$! The brand & selection might be hit and miss since they sell what they can get. But if you find one that you like, buy it fast since you can't beat the price anywhere else! The customer service (Matt & Alex) was excellent and the deliveries were always on time from our 3 purchases. We will definitely come back if we need another appliance."

"Great lil. Home store. I was looking for a new sofa for my house. I didn't want to spend a lot. Because i have dogs and. Wouldn't want it all messed up ... I came in and was Greeted by Alex.. He was Easy to talk to and was not pushy at all ! I told him i was interested in something no more than $500. I had seen a Black folding Couch that i really liked . but was not really comfortable.. Alex then told me he had 2 couches that had some damage but still was new and looked great 1 was $350. And 1 for $150. I checked them both out and was impressed $1200-1800 for a fraction... ... I went with the worst one at $150.00 it had a broken left armrest but looked great. Alex said just push it up against a wall.. Lol .. They loaded it in my van for me ... I got it home . and disassembled the whole side..(im a woodworker) Rebuilt the whole inner structure of the wood frame and re attached to frame. Its like Brand new PERFECT!!!!!! Plugged it in and reclining and power ports for USBs all work... Great deal great experience and very comfortable sofa... If your looking for any home appliance of furniture. Stop by and check them out first..."

"If you're a customer who doesn't want to pay full retail on an appliance or furniture come here. They sell appliances, sofas, sectionals, mattresses, and hardwood furnitures. AHA furniture sells great appliances at a discounted rate. During my fridge search AHA furniture was cheaper than Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, and Airport Appliances. Not all appliance are 100% perfect, some have several dents, some are returns, and some like ours got minor cosmetic issues. All appliances are fully tested by their in house technician prior to selling. The fridge we bought was brand new with all the stickers intact. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. The Alex and Matt are friendly salesmen that made the process easy and efficient."
